The Eagle Care Program for 2023-2024 school year is full and only accepting waitlist applications at this time. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please complete the Eagle Care Registration and email it to [email protected]
Program Hours
Before School Care – 6:30am – 8:00am
After School Care – Dismissal – 6:00pm
After School Care Pickup
All students must be picked up by 6:00pm. A late fee of $6.00 will be charged beginning at 6:01pm

Information about the South Woods Eagle Care Program
This program is 100% self-supportive and does not receive funds by District, State or Federal agencies. Your payment is the sole source of funding. According to the Florida Constitution (Article VII Section 10), all fees must be paid in advance of service. Payments are due every Monday and fees must be collected in advance per Florida Statute. There is an annual registration fee of $50.00 per child and $70.00 per family. Please see the Eagle Care Packet for more information.
Eagle Care Program Rates
Before School Care Only – $25 per week per child
After School Care Only – $65.00 per week per child
Before and After School Care – $90.00 per week per child.
Daily Rate on as needed basis – $5.00 Before School and $13.00 After School
