Keep Your Child Healthy<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

MEDICATION<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Even over the counter medications cannot be given at school without a medication authorization form completed. Download the appropriate form from this website under the \u201cforms\u201d section. EACH school year, new forms are required. See medication section for more detailed information.<\/span><\/span><\/p>


PARENT CONTACT<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0A parent will be called to pick up a child for the following:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2666 Fever\u00a0<\/span>over 100.4 degrees<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2666Diarrhea <\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>vomiting\u00a0<\/span>in the past 24 hours<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2666Significant pain, <\/span>repeated complaints<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2666Unable to participate <\/span>in the normal routine and regular school day<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2666 Anything\u00a0<\/span>out of the ordinary<\/span><\/span><\/p>


FEVER<\/strong>\u00a0If a child is sent home with a fever, they must be fever free without the aid of a fever reducing product such as Tylenol for 24 hours before they return. This means that they should not return the next day. The 24 hour period begins from the time they no longer have any fever.<\/span><\/p>

SERIOUS CONDITION<\/strong>\u00a0If your child has any serious conditions, please alert the teacher\/clinic so we may work with you to keep your child healthy at school.<\/span><\/p>

LICE<\/strong>\u00a0Every student with or treated for lice\/nits must be cleared through the clinic to be readmitted to the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

BIRTHDAYS AND CELEBRATIONS <\/span><\/span>All special celebration treats\/foods brought in must be store bought with an ingredients label. No homemade treats or pizza are allowed<\/strong>. Treats brought into school must be pre-approved by the teacher and, as always, we encourage healthy snacks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
